Practice Guidelines

*If a rower will not be at practice, he must email coach Jon by noon of that day!

*Practices are held Monday - Friday 3:30pm - 5:30pm at the boat house located at 149 Elmwood Ave.

*The boys run together to the boathouse, leaving the senior parking lot at McQuaid at 3:00 p.m. One senior is designated to drive all of the boys' gear and back packs to the boathouse.

*Practices on Saturdays and days when there is no school or there is a shortened school day are scheduled at the coach's discretion. Prior notification will be sent out to confirm.

*Practice attire includes street shorts, spandex shorts and t-shirts. Rowers should bring their own water bottle; there is a water dispenser in the boathouse.

*Rowers should bring additional clothing for cold and rainy weather, as appropriate.
