Spring regattas are comprised of a series of SPRINT/side-by-side races, as opposed to time trial/head-to-head races which take place in the Fall competitive season.

US Rowing Webinar: Taking place beginning Sat. April 25 at 11:00a.m. This is a 10 part series for Junior-level (High School) athletes focusing on making their bodies stronger and healthier, led by USRowing National Team's PT Marc Nowak.
NOTE: Registration is limited, but, the webinar will be recorded and available on-demand in the US Rowing Portal.

(Pre-Covid-19) Spring 2020 Regatta Schedule
Sadly, all Spring Regattas cancelled due to Covid-19 outbreak and restrictions.

Practice Guidelines
*If a rower will not be at practice, he must email coach Jon by noon of that day!
*Practices are held Monday - Friday 3:30pm - 5:30pm at the boat house located at 149 Elmwood Ave.
*The boys run together to the boathouse, leaving the senior parking lot at McQuaid at 3:00 p.m. One senior is designated to drive all of the boys' gear and back packs to the boathouse.
*Practices on Saturdays and days when there is no school or there is a shortened school day are scheduled at the coach's discretion. Prior notification will be sent out to confirm.
*Practice attire includes street shorts, spandex shorts and t-shirts. Rowers should bring their own water bottle; there is a water dispenser in the boathouse.
*Rowers should bring additional clothing for cold and rainy weather, as appropriate.
